Shipping FAQ

Readymade clothing: your order will be processed within 2-3 business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day.

Custom made clothing: we endeavour to have small orders made and ready to send within 2 weeks from payment being confirmed. This however may not always be possible so if we cannot meet that timeframe we will contact you to let you know and ensure you are kept up to date. Larger items/orders will require longer which you will be notified of at time of placing order.

Tracking details will be supplied to you via email when your order has been shipped.

Parcels are currently shipped wth NZ Post.

Please note that in some instances shipping may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. covid). Quinn & Co. With Love cannot guarantee shipping timeframes and will take no responsibility for delays outside of our control.

Please allow an additional 2-3 days for rural delivery.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct details and mailing address.
