Returns/Refund Policy

We understand it can be difficult to choose the right size when buying online. To try to make it easier for you to select the correct size when purchasing clothing from any of our range I have included body measurements from each pattern as a guide.

WRONG SIZE

Readymade items: we will be happy to exchange any full-priced item for the correct size, although please note that there may be a slight difference in price depending on the new size required. If the correct size is not available we will issue you with a store credit or full refund, excluding postage costs. Please advise us within 2 days of receiving the item if you wish to exchange it for another size.

All returns must be in the same condition as sent, unwashed, unworn and have tags still attached, and returned within 7 days. All returns are at the customers expense.

Made to order items: please select the size carefully using the Size Guide provided for each style.  Refunds or store credits will not be issued if you change your mind or the size is incorrect with any Made to Order items.

FAULTY ITEMS

If the goods you receive are faulty (this includes both Readymade and Made to Order items) we will replace those goods if they are returned within 14 days of purchase. Please email us before you return any faulty item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, and in the same condition you have received it.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: a replacement item or refund will not apply to items showing normal wear and tear and/or fabric fading from the sun.  This applies to both Readymade and Made To Order items.
